★ Plan A Month · 15-Minute Tool ★

Batch a month in one sitting.

Pick the handful of things you talk about, set your pace, and the planner lays out a whole month of posts — balanced across your pillars, ready to fill in. Stop deciding what to post at 9pm every night.

The hard part isn't posting. It's deciding what to post.

Most owners and creators don't fall behind because they can't make content — they fall behind because every single day starts with a blank page and the same question: what do I post today?

Batching kills that question. You make all the decisions once, in one focused sitting, while you're in the zone — then you just execute. The trick is starting from your pillars: the three or four things you actually want to be known for. Everything you post is one of them.

This planner does the sorting. Name your pillars, pick how often you post, and it builds a balanced month so no single theme takes over. Fill the slots now or shuffle until it feels right.

★ How it works

1Name your pillars. The few themes you come back to again and again.
2Set your pace. How many posts a week, across four weeks.
3Build the board. A balanced month appears — fill, swap, and print it.

★ Step 1 · Set It Up ★

Your pillars & pace.

Pillars are the themes you want to be known for — most creators run with three or four. Give each one a name and a color, then choose how often you post.

Weeks to plan

Most people plan a full month — four weeks.

★ Step 2 · Fill The Month ★

Your plan.

Each slot is one post, color-coded to its pillar and spread so no theme piles up. Tap a pillar tag to switch it, pick a format, and jot the hook. Empty slots are fine — even a one-line idea beats a blank calendar.

0 / 0 slots with an idea

Make the batch stick.

A plan only helps if you actually run it. Three habits that turn a board into posts.

Fill hooks, not whole posts

In the planning sitting, only write the angle — "the mistake everyone makes with X." The full caption is a separate, faster job once the idea's locked.

Keep the mix honest

Watch the balance chips. If "Promote" creeps past a quarter of your month, swap a couple slots — people follow you for the value, not the pitch.

Batch the making too

Once the board's full, film or write three or four at a time by format — all your Reels in one block, all your carousels in another. Context-switching is the time killer.
